Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- We do not accept returns for customized or used items, or for reasons of personal fragrance preference.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photo evidence.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
